Negotiating begins as soon as the first phone call comes in. I'll coordinate showings, field questions and strategize with you to get the best terms available.
The week before closing we will sign paperwork, transfer utilities, schedule movers, take down marketing and staging, coordinate key transfer and, finally, funds will be delivered!
